• the name of your channel
• comments that you remove
• Google YouTube OAuth 2.0 token
• Your login information

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to make the application work, no data is shared with any other third parties.
The removed comments get saved, so that you could unremove them if you want. The OAuth token is needed to enable moderating comments from within the webapp. After first use, the token is saved in the database to allow for much faster moderation, without the need to go through the entire OAuth flow each time.

You can always withdraw permission like this:

1. Go to your Google Account associated with your YouTube channel here
2. Security Settings: Click on “Security” from the left-hand menu
3. Scroll down to: "Your connections to third-party apps & services"
4. Locate scamrem and click on "delete all connections you have with scamrem"

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of all your data in scamrems database
• Withdraw permissions granted to scamrem at any time

2. User Responsibilities

By using scamrem, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful data
• Not use our service for malicious or illegal purposes
• Comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and API policies

3. Limitations of Liability

I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scamrem is still in development and so it is to be expected that errors might occure. Wrongfully removed comments are the users responsibility, the app only prefilters the comments, the actual removal of them is the users reponsibility.

In case that an error occurres please proceed as follows:

1. Try to take a screenshot of the erronous functionality, or even better a screen recording
2. Describe the erronous functionality and what actions caused it to happen

4. I will try to fix it as quickly as possible, however if the app is unusable you can apply for a refund of the payment for the current active period.

4. Termination

You can terminate the subscription at any time, you will still have access until your current paid period runs out.
